KYC Verification At Casino Gami
Casino Gami runs KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to confirm your identity, your address, and that the payment method belongs to you. The casino requests the documents through the account verification page and reviews them before approving withdrawals or after certain account triggers.
Verification is requested in these cases: before your first withdrawal, when you change personal details (name, date of birth, address), when you add or switch a payment method, after unusual login patterns (new country/device), when deposit and withdrawal activity doesn’t match prior behaviour, or when a manual compliance review is opened. A pending KYC request can pause withdrawals until the check is finished.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Submit a clear colour photo of a valid passport or national ID card. Casino Gami checks full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and the photo. If the image is cropped, blurred, or the corners are missing, the upload gets rejected and you need to resend. Some cases also require a selfie or short video holding the document to confirm the person matches the ID.
- Address proof: Provide a document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and current address. Accepted examples include a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), a bank statement, or an official government letter. Screenshots without a date, documents with a different name, and envelopes without the full address don’t pass review.
- Payment method: If you used a bank card, upload images of the front and back of the card with the middle digits covered, while keeping the first 6 and last 4 digits visible, plus the cardholder name and expiry date. If you used an e-wallet, Casino Gami asks for a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email/ID, and sometimes a transaction record matching a deposit. If you used bank transfer, they request proof of ownership such as a bank statement that shows your name and IBAN/account number.
Processing time is typically 1–24 hours after you submit complete, readable files. If the review queue is busy or your uploads need clarification, it can take 24–72 hours. Each rejected upload restarts the review
